Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Rooster Ranch was established in 2013.

Blair Wyles

Founder and Father

Blair has a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities as well as their families. This passion stems from raising his own son Daniel now 19 years, who is diagnosed with Autism and needs 24 hours of care. Daniel has been receiving Hippo therapy blair at Promise Ranch since its inception in 2009. The benefits Daniel has received through the program convinced Blair and his wife Valerie of the importance of developing a place in a residential, rural setting where Daniel could enjoy animals, horses, and and would have a home of his own for the rest of his life. Blair has been married for 21 years and also is father to 2 wonderful daughters. He also has a 26 year old stepson who in the summer of 2013 became a father himself to a beautiful little girl. Blair is a twenty year veteran with the Denver Fire Department, currently stationed at Denver International Airport. Blair and his wife Valerie were one of the original members who helped start Rooster Ranch. in 2013. He is also on the Board of Promise Ranch Therapeutic Riding that has been the training ground for Blair to help enhance and further develop many services that benefit not only those with disabilities but the families and caregivers that devote their lives to these individuals. Blair just recently was appointed by the Governor of Colorado to sit on the State Medical Assistance and Services Advisory Council.
